With that in mind, I have decided to post this on my author’s blog. For Christmas recently, some friends gave us a package of items from Jean-Louis Pasta Shop, which opened up on Derby Street, right next to the laundromat I once frequented.
Their specialty is handmade artisan pasta and sauce. John and I tried a package of it not that long ago and we were hooked. So to receive it as a Christmas gift was nothing short of a miracle.
This is the picture of the Artichoke Lemon Ta…ta… it’s a picture of the artichoke lemon pasta. The sauce is artichoke fennel. It seemed like the best way to end 2015 and usher in a new year of eating healthy.
We weren’t wrong.
